- The ECSA-HC Performance Management System (PMS) is a comprehensive platform for managing staff performance, evaluations, and development across all directorates.
- The system follows a structured workflow: Workplan Setup → Self-Assessment → Manager Review → Evaluation Comparison → Final Approval.
- All data is organised by review period (Mid-Year and Annual) and linked to the ECSA-HC Strategic Plan 2024–2034.
